Agreement Affiliate

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for participation in Scandalbeauties' affiliate program ("Affiliate Program"). By participating in the Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. General
The Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by recruiting creators ("Creators") to join the Scandalbeauties platform. By participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Affiliate Obligations
As an Affiliate, you will:
- Recruit girls to create profiles on the Company’s platform.
- Provide accurate and non-misleading information to potential Creators.
- Avoid engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
- Follow the Company’s guidelines regarding branding and promotional materials.

3. Commission Structure
Affiliates are entitled to commissions based on the number of successfully recruited women, as follows:
- Commission Rate: Affiliates will receive 10% of the revenue generated by the Creators they recruit, starting from the Creator's registration date and for as long as the Creator remains active.
- Payment Terms: Commission payments can be made when the total commission exceeds the withdrawal limit (which can be seen in the affiliate account).
- Reporting: Affiliates will have access to a dashboard showing recruited Creators and generated revenue.

4. Affiliate Tracking and Attribution
The Company will provide a unique tracking code and link for Affiliates to use when recruiting Creators. Affiliates must ensure that Creators use this link or code to ensure proper attribution.

5. Independent Contractor Relationship
Affiliates act as independent contractors. Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the Affiliate and the Company.

6. Termination
- Term: This Agreement is ongoing and will remain in effect as long as the affiliate program is active.
- The Company has the right to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect in case of a breach of the Agreement by the user or if no Creators are recruited within three (3) months from the start of the Agreement.
- The user has the right to terminate the account at any time without providing a reason.
- After termination, Affiliates must stop recruiting Creators. Commissions earned prior to termination will be paid, but no further commissions will be earned after termination.

7. Confidentiality
Affiliates must keep all non-public information about the Company and the Affiliate Program confidential, including commission structures, creator information, and other proprietary details.

8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may only use the Company’s branding and promotional materials as authorized and solely for recruiting Creators. Modification or unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Sweden.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Affiliate Program and supersedes all prior agreements.
