By using the services that are available on the website www.scandalbeauties.com (owned by Amigo Media, no: 556855-0338) you state that you have read and accepted these terms:

• To use this service you need to be at least 18 years of age.

• The service we provice is a subscription service that will be automatically extended and you will be charged every 2 weeks until you choose to terminte the service.

• The subscription service can at any time be canceled without prior notice. On cancelation the subscription will end when the subscription term has ended. 

• To cancel subscriptions paid with credit cards the support function on the website will be used (processing can take up to 48 hours). You can also contact us on support@scandalbeauties.com with your Subscription ID to cancel your subscription.

• Scandalbeauties is not responsible for future updates after you started the subscription service.

• The SMS subscription service is only available for swedish operators.

• The subscription password should be handled carefully and with secrecy. If you lost the password or think it might be used by someone else, this should be reported to support@scandalbeauties.com immediately. A new password will then be issued to the user. Scandalbeauties has the right to ban users sharing a password.

• Scandalbeauties has the right to send out commercial messages via e-mail, sms or other distribution channel.

Privacy  Policy

The security of your Data is very important to Scandalbeauties and as such we take all appropriate steps to limit the risk that it may be lost, damaged or misused.

Refund Policy 

Scandalbeauties will not issue refunds for purchases but will in case of confirmed problems extend your subscription.

Content policy 

In compliance with the Federal labeling and record keeping law United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257, all models and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at any merchant owned website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions. All content and images are in full compliance with the requirements of United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257 and associated regulations.

All other visual depictions displayed on this website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because they do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.
